Paul Haywood is a UK based photographer born in Stafford, Staffordshire. After studying Documentary photography and film-making he went on to making promotional and documentary films, later moving into teaching film studies via workshops. Haywood secured various private commissions and then from these decided to focus on the photography side to his work. Producing commissioned and personal work, his work is featured in various magazines, newspapers, album covers and also in his solo exhibitions. In 2005 Haywood completed his Masters in photography and straight from this set off on travels across India, Asia and Australia eventually ending up in Auckland, New Zealand, where he stayed for 2 years. After teaching Photography at Auckland University Haywood then returned to the UK where he is currently working as a freelance photographer.
